This year we don't have an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST form... Instead we ask any owner/skippers to complete the online boat registration form to indicate their intention to participate. The boat and crew details can be completed or amended at any stage before the regatta, so you don't need to have all your information to hand in order to let us know you are joining us this year.
For those boats that entered last year your details are on file and so you can use that data to speed up registration. Past crew details can also be copied straight into your
current entry. Payment can be made quickly, easily and securely using our module which allows for Credit Card payment even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Your Entry & Crew data can be accessed and amended at any time up until the regatta so you can update information if it changes. All you need is your current Boat ID number and email address.
Early Bird discount is available for participants who register their boat, crew, complete safety and IRC forms and pay fees before 1st October. Payments for boat entries, additional crew or social participants after 1st October will be at the normal rate. So, if you know crew numbers, but not yet names, then it is possible to pre-pay for crew at discounted rate, then complete their details later. The Safety & Non-IRC modules are soon to go live.
